What is OS Anywhere Weather?

The Oregon Scientific Anywhere Weather app is designed to connect to your Anywhere Weather Kit and Anywhere Weather Kit Lite, allowing you to monitor the weather sensors remotely. The app provides access to the sensor data, which is uploaded to the OS server for storage up to 1 year. The app requires the Anywhere Weather Kit or Anywhere Weather Kit Lite hardware and weather sensors.

Software Features and Description

1. The Oregon Scientific Anywhere Weather app helps you to get access to those sensor data, so that you can monitor your sensors data anytime anywhere.

2. The Anywhere Weather receives weather information measured by wireless sensor and upload the data to our OS server for storage up to 1 year.

3. The Oregon Scientific Anywhere Weather app connects to your Anywhere Weather Kit and Anywhere Weather Kit Lite, for you to monitor the weather sensors remotely.

- The app can't reach the server from some iPhones.

Update 1/5/16: Not satisfied with Customer Service or the Public Relations. Oregon Scientific does not seem concerned about notifying or updating customers on their failed server. The sensors/station hardware is still working but the app Weather Anywhere App is a flop due to negligent management. A shame & sham. Get your act together the app! My experience wasn't at all troublesome like other reviews. Set up was simple, followed the directions & all sensors communicate after pressing the "search" button on the main hub. Took 15 minutes in all. It's sorta lame that the wind sensor needs to be facing North... but no huge deal with some creative mounting. The app was easy to register & all the F° C° or metric settings can be accessed by tapping the gear icon upper left corner of the App. I'm happy with the unit & transmission so far!
Version 2.0 lost my station – and won't let me re-enter it

I installed the latest version, but now my station info has disappeared. So I started to re-enter it. All was well until the second screen where I need to enter the time zone. When I tap on the field, nothing happens. Nothing to select. No keyboard for me to enter anything. Without that info, my station entry is rejected. Until this is fixed, I can't see any info from my weather station!

Have had station since 2014 not the best of results. Hit or miss on getting data. Replaced batteries on temp, wind & rain - reset all GET NO DATA ON ANY NOW. Reset hub and receiver still no results. Tried log on to my acct - get invalid info - tried to reset password get invalid token. Deleted App and reinstalled trying different email when responding to confirmation get account not found. Appears Oregon Scientific doesn't have its act together. Waste of time and money.
Worse than junk

This is worse than having nothing at all because the weather station I bought from REI didn’t have a base station and relied only on the the app Weather app which apparently no longer works, or at least can’t reach the server from my iPhone. Thanks Oregon, real score.
