Install Tamil. app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Tamil. on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tamil."
- The search will reveal the Tamil. app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Tamil. is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tamil..
- Now enjoy Tamil. on PC.

Good dictionary but need few key features

I really liked this app. Very useful to quickly lookup meanings.
This app will be greatly enhanced to be more useful if few key frequently used features are add.
- I have list of words from my bookmark list. Have an ability to import a comma separated words to the Favorite list in the app.
- Have the ability to export Favorite list. May be to an email, with words in Favorite list as comma separated values.
- Ability to navigate between Favorite list. For example when I look at the definition of a word, swipe left takes to the definition of the previous word in the Favorite list. And swipe right takes to the definition of the next word in the Favorite list.
Hope to see these basic features added in future updates. I would rate 5 star with the above features.

Still require improvement

Though the application is having search functionality and lots of words, the quality of the translation or words given or not appropriate.
Also the transliration given to the words are very bad. As a tamizhan, I can't accept the way they are updated.
