Could be useful

this app provides a full screen touch UI that is easy to see with a large button custom music player and phone dialer and. it may make for slightly less distracted driving but more people are familiar with Siri and built in apps making this just another app to do what others do better. The maps doesn't seem to offer any benefit and for directions, it sends map info to Maps and makes the default program do the work. Learn to use Siri while not driving or rearrange the music, maps and phone apps by each other and that is all that is needed to accomplish the benefits of this app. The default music player background made my iPhone look like it was cracked and that was disturbing.
I don't like it.

I spent a long time clicking things, and it originally seemed very useful. However, I found I have the same complaints that many other reviewers have (horizontal only mode, sound issues, sloppy look & feel, etc). Plus, I don't like that I need to buy the backgrounds, and it doesn't tell me what they are and also doesn't tell me the price! I find that sneaky. Lastly, I read some of the earliest reviews, and they look suspiciously fake. That didn't figure into my rating, but I find the whole thing unsettling.

I really like that app, it's what I'm looking for, buy I would like to use pandora with out switching that app. At least be able to change the song in the app. Also I would like that the maps did the maps in the app and that it did not switch to the apple maps.
