Install boloco passport app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using boloco passport on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "boloco passport"
- The search will reveal the boloco passport app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once boloco passport is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including boloco passport.
- Now enjoy boloco passport on PC.

- On-site interface for completing orders could use re-jiggering
- App login issues and no option to link loyalty cards
- App functionality was neglected, making it difficult to order and edit orders
- No place to store favorites for quick re-ordering.

Unable to login

No longer able to login to the app. Got a new phone so I was no longer logged in when I re downloaded the app. Now the only option is to create a new account and lose all points etc.

Huge step backwards

This app was nothing but trouble it looks like all the focus was on the look but functionality was neglected. It took me 20 min to order a burrito and smoothie. I go to the app ~3x a month and get the same thing every time. It used to take something like 5 clicks from opening to confirming. Also since I have some dietary restrictions I have to remove an item from the standard burrito, which can only be done when building it, there is no way to edit later. There is no place to store favorites (at least not obvious to me) to quickly re-order later. The app crashed and hung 3 times which forced me to kill the app and start again each time. I have 1000+ apps so I would consider myself a fairly competent user. This was the second time I used the new app and chocked the first time up to having to reload all my info. I was severely disappointed in this app and am very anxious to see an upgrade to stability and adding favorites. You guys have always been great when it comes to customer service so hopefully that will be reflected in the next app upgrade.

Terrible

I have had a the app loyalty card for years. The last time I went into the restaurant, I was informed that this app was the only way to use the loyalty rewards I've accumulated. Tried to download the app, but it was absent from the iTunes store; when I was finally able to download it today, there was no option to link my loyalty card!!
I won't be spending any money at the app until the option to link loyalty cards is restored.

Very nice amenity for customers

Great amenity and idea for frequent customers! The sign up process is a little awkward and the on site interface for users to complete their order at the brick and mortar location could use a little re-jiggering since the iPad camera and software interface aren't as intuitive as other service industry retailers (Starbucks, Dunkin, etc.). However the system taken as a whole does most of what a customer would/should want. As per usual the app is leading the pack for Burritos here in Boston. Overall a good first shot at the big boys but could use a little tweaking.
