Install Tape app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Tape on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tape"
- The search will reveal the Tape app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Tape is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tape.
- Now enjoy Tape on PC.

Cosplay dream!

This was just what I was needing. I created a Galaxy of the Guardians Starlord Walkman and was going to use an mp3 player hidden behind a this app, but with this I just made some modifications and boom now my phone is the cassette! Only thing I would like to see is if you could create the cassette look from the movie. The Awesome Mix Vol 1?

This is one of those ‘I wish I had thought of that!’ apps. Attention to detail and historic authenticity is evident in every part of this fun app. It does exactly as described and hey, it’s FREE! Much appreciation to the developer for the hard work on this player as it has brought those of us old enough to remember the original Walkman, back to our youth in the 80’s...

Pause / Play heads & capstan roller animation reversed

I tried every button push combination, but when the this app is playing the heads and roller are in the down position. When I press PAUSE they move up. Any help is appreciated. Thank You

Wonderful nostalgic app

This is my second review. The more I use this app, the better I like it. It's a fun app........now it's my third review. I have been using this app for 3 years, I absolutely positively love it. Besides enjoying my music, my niece who was 3 when I downloaded the app could maneuver the app well for us to play musical chairs. We still play musical chairs and she still stops the music in her favor! After she picks out her favorite cassette cover.
