Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NC USSSA"
The search will reveal the NC USSSA app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NC USSSA is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NC USSSA.
Now enjoy NC USSSA on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use NC USSSA,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "NC USSSA" » then Click "Install".
- NC USSSA will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App was a good idea. Until I opened up logged in and their is no events to dig in to. No teams to check off. Was this released before it should have been? Very disappointed. Why release it if its not ready. Wasted a half hour thinking I was doing something wrong. Get it right the first time... Would give it zero stars but can't.
