Terrible place to shop! The store manager and clerk was rude and shouting at customers!!!

We spent 2 hrs hopping there patiently waiting for our shoes... The sales associate are overworked and rude! They are curt, loud, and acts like we are there begging for free shoes! They dont even tell you when the shoes you request are not available.. They just let you sit and wait... The worst part is there were 2 ladies in the store arguing with the sales associate becuz they waited so long... They came and it next to my friend who was trying on her shoes... Becuz we were vietnanese, they assume we were all from the same group and called security and kick us all out of the store! After 2 hrs of waiting.. The store manager who was blacked did not help.. She herself was arguing with customers too! She cant manage and should be fired for not diffusing the problem... Horrible place to shop for such a reputable store chain!!!
Never works, as annoying as the prices

This app constantly freezes, and then never remembers my wishlist as I mark items I want to revisit, I have to log in again, and again, and again. Completely useless. Almost as ridiculous as the prices on her clothes, all of which go on sale for 40% off with other vendors bc no one will pay those prices. The the app Burch site is always the last to mark down, so when I buy, I rarely buy direct. Why not price things reasonably the first time around?! I’d like to support my local store, but I can’t see overpaying for an item
Love Tory, not a fan of the App

I gave it 3 stars because I abso-freakin-lutely LOVE me some the app Burch. But their app needs some work. It crashes often. Not user friendly. I rarely use it & would much rather use my laptop to browse/shop or just visit the store. C’mon the app...throw some of that $ at your technology & build us a super cool app 😉😘♥️
Crashes

I loved this app but I can physically no longer use it-it’s been crashing for months and now when I open it, it just shuts off (yes, I’ve tried turning my phone off and on and making sure I’m using most recent versions of all software) Hoping the engineering team at the app can fix whatever bug has been causing this for ages so I can get back to using the app.
