  • Looks good, but slow

    By AGM1111 (Pcmac user)

This program 'would' be a God-send' except that it is very slow, so slow that it is hard to 'slow up my typing' to allow the cursor to catch up. I'm not sure how 'compatible' it is with M/S Word (which is the whole point). I want to be able to type on my iPad using Office and then transfer it to my computer and finish it in Microsoft Word, which I have licensed on my PC. Not sure if this is possible. I'm going to hope that it is, rather that 'assume' that it is not. I think the speed of the typing may have something to do with the font used, but I'm not sure. Haven't tested that part of the program yet. If they could work on the speed of type-rate, I think they may have a decent program. I can't complain for the price, however, so I will just waddle along at the program's pace. Speed it up and I'll give it a 5 star rating.
  • It's better than what I had

    By Denemg (Pcmac user)

I like that it has almost all the ability of the desk top version of Word. Some problems I have (while using it on my Iphone) is 1) when writing and it wraps you have to scroll down to see what you are writing. 2) it is slow. 3)like #1 problem when you type out of the screen to the right you also have to scroll. 4) I haven't found the auto function for auto spell, caps, or periods at end of sentences (but that may be just me). 5) most annoying is when the screen times out and goes to sleep or when you back out, or click the pwr button to save on battery life the program closes out then you have to completely restart and recover if you can the data you just typed. I ld like to come back automatically to where I left off. Work on it folks
  • Doesn't work

    By jackoat1555 (Pcmac user)

Amateurish is the best I can describe this app. Unusable on my iPad. My Bluetooth keyboard isn't recognized and the built-in keyboard is not only poorly designed, it works only sporadically. No formatting of text available. Lots of issues. when i tried to access their support site, iPad warned me repeatedly that it might be a phishing site and may not be safe. Went directly to the developer home page and they only provided a link to the same questionable site. Total waste of my time and money. Had to pop for Apple Pages but turned out to be a good decision.
  • Good

    By Ncn04 (Pcmac user)

This app is good for recording your thoughts at the spur of the moment, or for creating drafts in Word doc format. It's really helpful for things that are too long to put in your notepad. It has been great to use for drafting cover letters, stories, and articles. Unfortunately, it's not as versatile or easy to figure out as Word on your computer, but it has turned out to be really useful!
