Install Digital Timer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Digital Timer"
The search will reveal the Digital Timer app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Does Not Work

The clock displays the same time all of the time. I can not get it to reflect the current time. It is a total waste of time and money. Several months ago, I purchased a similar app which did not work. I made the mistake of buying this app which was from the same provider. Neither app worked right. I will make sure I never buy another product from this app provider.
Either broken or extremely user-unfriendly...

The app’s either extremely user-unfriendly or just doesn’t work, can’t tell which (FWIW, I'm a 30+year computer geek just looking for a simple desktop timer…)
I think the problems have been fixed...

Works great! Like that you can label the timer and do multiple timers simultaneously.

This app is a great idea, and well-executed… except for the fact that it DOESN'T WORK! Please, please, PLEASE do an update and fix the problem. In its current form, this timer doesn't actually time anything. If you don't fix it, I'll do whatever it takes to get my $1.99 back.
