Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Timer Clock"
The search will reveal the Timer Clock app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Timer Clock is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Timer Clock.

Works as advertised but has a few quirks.

Screenshots tell the story of functionality. However if you like to lock your computer, you're going to run into some trouble. If the application is hidden, it will constantly try to wake up the machine and will trigger the password dialogue. If the applicaiton isn't hidden, you can't even activate blank screen or screensaver long enough to get the password dialogue to pop up in the first place.
Needs improvement on Runtime

The "Runtime" function does not give you an option to set off the alarm in less than 1 hour. Say, if you want to set off the alarm in 5 minutes or 12 minutes, you have to calculate what time it will be 5 minutes or 12 minutes later, and use the "At time" function instead. For example, it's now 11:00AM, and you would like the alarm to go off in 12 minutes. You cannot simply set the the app at 12 minutes using "Runtime" (like any other normal the app). You have to use the "At time" function to set the the app at 11:12AM instead.

The app works great, but it could use an update. Setting the clock is awkward and confusing at first, so “it works fine” is probably the best way to describe it. It’s not cute, it’s not especially neat. It doesn’t even look really nice, but it works and it’s free, so I would definitely recommend.
Very handy for short-term reminders

Far too often I have 'lost track of time' and been late for an appointment. With this alarm app I can set an alarm for the time I need to leave and the count-down the app lets me know exactly how much time I can waste.
