Install Universal Time app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Universal Time on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Universal Time"
The search will reveal the Universal Time app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Universal Time is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Universal Time.
Now enjoy Universal Time on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Universal Time,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Universal Time" » then Click "Install".
- Universal Time will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Nice simple app

This version has apparently fixed a number of issues that reviewers mentioned from previous versions. I can add cities, save them so they appear the next time I open the app, and move the cities into whatever order I want. I don't care about the weather feature - I just need to know the time in various cities around the world - and this app does that very well. I'm on Lion 10.7.2, and there were no issues with dowloading/installation.

As an international business traveler, I need to quickly know the times in different timezones around the world, and this app does the trick. The only issue I have with it, is that you lose your selected cities each time you start the apps. It falls back to 4 cities (New York, Toronto, London and Sydney) and you have to reconfigure the app each time. A nice enhancement would be to save the cities once selected as you can easily add and delete cities when you don't need them any longer.
Terrible - does not work

This app is so buggy. It use to work better but the current version is just broken. I want to be able to add cities where people I'm working with are so I can see what time it is where they are at a glance but it does not even save my selections and show me them anymore. I don't know why this app keeps getting worse. UPDATE: I wrote this review months ago and still the app does not work. It does not display any of the clocks that I supposedly added after searching for them. This app only got worse.

I like it very much. Thanks for adding drag and drop for clock. its really easy to use. With time I get weather thats really cool. I also digital and analog mode. Thanks keep it up. I hope you'll solve daylight saving time in next version. Can you also add bit information about the city. That will be really cool.
