Worked once crashed the second time

The first time I used it the app was fine. Pretty easy to use. The second time, I decided to use my credit card. Wrong choice. It charged my card but the app crashed. I was hoping to start using this but it looks like I will have to go back to the call center.

Too complicated to use and very user UNfriendly! Other ordering apps are much simpler and easier to use. In this one: problems with understanding your way around it. App menu is not easily found. Even food menu is difficult to navigate. Entering your data is no compatible with phone screen (data is hidden while you type - am using iphone). Payment data has to be entered every time. In general too poor and backdated app. Looks like it was done ages ago! Get on deliveroo or ubereat. Much easier to order through those ones! You have work to do.

I've always used the app to place orders. The new update looks nice if only the gui/screen was aligned properly with the phone screen. It hard to read description, customize or place orders. Pls fix it
