Install Color Viewfinder - palette app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Color Viewfinder on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Color Viewfinder"
- The search will reveal the Color Viewfinder - palette app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Color Viewfinder is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Color Viewfinder.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Color Viewfinder,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Color Viewfinder" » then Click "Install".
- Color Viewfinder - palette will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Love the concept, poor usability

First off, the idea of selecting a few colors & focusing on them is very cool. It adds more dimension to a picture, making it accessible to people with colorblindness to add the hex code. Wonderful!
Second, the usability of this app is poor. It is slow to load my pictures, and when I go back to select a different picture, it has to reload everything which takes a while. Also, it only allows square cut pictures, so you cut off a lot of the picture. I found that unless you run it through an app to crop the picture into a square, it won’t be able to search all the colors.
Hoping you guys sort out a better use experience, love the concept of this app I use this app a lot!

Camera White Balance

This app REALLY needs to have a manual white balance. Depending on the light source, the camera is not producing accurate the app. I have to take the picture with another app that has that ability.

Won’t download photo gallery

I can deal with it missing a the app or two, but can’t deal with it not being able to access my photos. Terrible.

Improve the quality of the export

So I bought the pro version to remove the watermark. Then I deleted the app for a day to free some space quickly. When I re-downloaded it, I no longer had the pro Version and it said I needed to buy it again.
