There isn't really anything "wrong" with this app, per se; it's simple, light weight, moderately affective. I have a Mac Mini and my screen is a TV, essentially making the full screen mode of little worth to me. I didn't read carefully (my bad) and catch the nuance that the various clock interfaces only appear in full screen. Bummer... I was hoping I could enjoy the variety, perhaps in a future update? I do think the choice of curated sounds is a bit pedestrian and definitely needs elevated choices--something that matches the aesthetic and not so "Old Macdonald's See and Say". The real issue for me though, is I haven't found the "the app helper" to properly the app my mini in the event of sleep. As such, I don't particularly trust it for a standard duty alarm for anything other than the odd mid-day, no-biggie-if-I-miss-it random reminder. All in all, probably wouldn't purchase it again.

The BEST alarm for Mac EVER!!!

Not much to say but the fact that this is the very BEST alarm for MacBooks ever!!! My only complaint, if you can call it that is the fact that while laying in bed with my mouse next to me, it is very hard to ssee the “Turn Off” button. If it was larger it would be easier to see from 3 meters away. Other than tht, there is NO problem adding wakup tones, make your own from music, use Ringtones, anyway you can with Mac, it is simple. So, llike I said, it is the veery BEST alarm iin the App Store for MAC or aanywhwere else. I use it every day of the week !!! And, I enjoy it every day of the week !!! Cudos to "Rocky Sand” !!!

Amazing, But There is Room for Improvement

I love this app and depend on it daily to the app me up in the morning. The only thing that could be improved is the UI when the clock is in full screen mode. The bar that goes across the bottom of the screen that says “Press ESC to Exit” stands out way too much. Whoever is the developer of this app should redesign it to where it does not stand out as much, to where it seemlessly integrates into the clock above it (start out with making it less shiny). All in all, the app is great. Keep up the good work.

don't BLOW your studio monitors/speakers

Purchased and used this for a weekend trip many years ago and it worked great. fast forward, I have a gig I have to remember (remember I said Studio Monitors) set the volume to minimum on the Volume bar in the App, set the sound to where I keep it on the sound board, setup my custom sound. hit the test button, get blasted with 160DB of High Fedelity music.
try to use volume slider in App it's useless, try to use machine volume it's useless because I am not uising default out, finely try my last ditch effort on the sound board and get something that isn't deafening.
moral of the Review, include output selection if you are doing an audio app, your users will thank you for it!
