  • Not very useful

    By RonzMusic (Pcmac user)

There is no narration, so you have to be looking at the screen all the time. The breathing pace is way too fast - it was stressful to try to keep up! (and the sounds for inhale and exhale seem reversed) You'd be better off finding a viniyoga instructor and developing a personal practice.
  • It works!

    By SayCheese1234 (Pcmac user)

Love this app. After a long day at work I usually get a pounding headache. Combining the breathing with simple this app asanas makes the pain melt away. I have even noticed that I get migraines almost never after using for 1 month now. Given 4 stars since paid for this app, so now that it is for free for a limited time, you better snag it!! Still totally worth the money, saving so much not having to buy Excedrin.
  • Terrible app

    By Midwestern-girl (Pcmac user)

There is about 3 minutes of stretching you could get from a YouTube video for free...I want my money back!
  • doesn't really help...

    By Charles Casner (Pcmac user)

...but at least you will have something to distract you from migraine.
