This app is absolutely pointless and did not help me with the app issue whatsoever. All i wanted to do is check the app data balance. If the app cant even do that then im not even interested. Do not waste your time. Do not download this app.

VIVA is the worst cellular provider of all time. Absolutely terrible. The app is just an extension of the coverage and customer service. Do not use VIVA. You're better off getting two cans and a piece of string to communicate
