5. Once the data is entered you can e-mail the results to the teacher immediately.

After one of updates, it asked me for a password. Up until that point, I was just hitting login with no password. All of my previous data is now locked safety and I can get to it. Can you help me reset my password or figure it out? Before that, I loved it!
Great Admin App

This app looks just like what I was trying to create USO f google forms. I wish there was a way to edit the app app and make a walkthrough that is customizable to your building or district google. However it does everything you need to provide quantifiable data.
Okay, but there are better apps out there

This app has some decent basic features, but there are too many bugs that come up at inopportune times. Additionally, there are no editing or customizing features that are necessary in this kind of app to make it useful for evaluators from a variety of areas. With some significant upgrades, this app might be worth a second look.
Password Issues
