Best Math App

This is by far the best the app app for the early years. Unlike most other apps, it actually teaches and demonstrates every concept before having children practice independently. Most apps are just assessments, asking kids to perform the app operations and judging them right or wrong. The topics are wide ranging and include most core curriculum concepts. Each topic is clearly explained and then kids do it themselves. Simple animations make it fun and engaging. There are 8 "games" for each topic, and a quiz at the end. Kids get a certificate after passing the test. Individual progress is monitored as each kid can have their own user name. Very highly recommended to teachers and parents

I usually don't write reviews or rate apps but I can't pass this one up. I am a Kindergarten teacher and used to teach 2nd grade. I absolutely love how this app is set up. The instructions are clear and expectations are modeled before the child has to complete each task independently. There was obviously a lot of thought put into the activities which help build a strong foundation for the app concepts children are learning now in pre-k/kinder to ones they will be learning in the higher grades. I would recommend this app to anyone to use as a the app supplement for kids!

I'm amazed at how this app gets my daughter motivated. It's just so well done, so carefully and thoughtfully constructed. The clean and simple design aesthetic is a relief. There is one issue we experienced with the in-app purchase of upper levels: it failed to load properly resulting in mixed up confusing audio. I had to delete the app and re-install, then restore the purchased content. Well worth it, but this glitch will put people off.

Ok so I can't get the utalk Chichewa app cuz iTunes won't except my credit card and the only store in town doesn't sell iTunes gift cards. So I can only get things that are free. So PLEASE make the utalk Chichewa app free!!!!!
