Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DirectTree"
The search will reveal the DirectTree - Personal Compass app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DirectTree is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DirectTree.
Now enjoy DirectTree on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use DirectTree,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "DirectTree" » then Click "Install".
- DirectTree - Personal Compass will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Umm...this doesn't seem to really work.

While trying to add a location, it just searches while not finding the location I put in. I give this 1 star for this reason. Has anybody else had success with this app?

This is the first i app that I have found that A) works right(in a compass app) and B) just let's me mark a spot and find my way back. Even tells you how far you are and can show you your point on a little map if you have data. You can get more backgrounds and arrows for a buck. Update: Found that in some instances deleting a point or tree can cause the app to crash over and over, forcing a reinstall... -3 stars loosing all your waypoints is not fun!
