  • Not a bad app but no support.

    By Vicki Barnes (Pcmac user)

I have used this app for over two years now. I will admit it does have a few issues but most of them tend to be self inflicted if you don’t know what you are doing. However, if you are looking for something to create a setlist and keep a song catalog with lyrics it works pretty darn well. I have had some syncing issues, but found out how not to have them. It is in the order in which you do things that causes the issues. If you only make changes to one of your devices the other ones sync up fine. Just make sure that your iCloud back up is turned on in the tools portion of this app. Close the program and reopen it on your “sub devices“, and the changes occur as they should. The problems start when you start making changes on the other “sub devices” devices. Make one device your main device and make changes there only. If you start seeing duplicate songs in your this app on your “sub devices“, just delete everything off of them and let them re-sync to your main device. I also have the issue on the iPhone only where you open a song and it goes to the last page of the song previous. I just use my iPhone version to print off lists if necessary. I contacted support once but never got an answer. I figured everything else out on my own so I don’t really need them. I personally think the app is worth it, and really is fairly easy to use. I would have rated it at five if support were available.
  • Support

    By Lunicrows (Pcmac user)

Not very happy, I’ve been working with this product for two months, it has many problems, support never responds to any contact that I’ve tried, and the system crashes constantly, it’s scroll timing changes on its own so I have to use the page option, the app doesn’t do what the Bluetooth remote tells it to do, The app developers neglect their app completely it seems I will be trying for a refund if I don’t get help soon, if support cared to fix its many issues this would be a great app, but they seem not to care
  • Essential

    By Flick Taylor (Pcmac user)

I rely on this app at gigs. I mirror my iPad to an Apple TV and 21” monitor mounted on music stand for rest of band. Works great. They can know where I’m headed without me having to verbally communicate with them. Some issues with certain models of iPads not being able to use jam session. Also, calling up a song does so, then goes back one page to last page of previous song in library. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Except for last issue, (which I have no idea why it would happen), tech support has been responsive.
  • Good but not great

    By Apofire (Pcmac user)

I've used this app for at least 4 years and have been somewhat happy. The good thing for me is that it works when it's supposed to. But.....almost all the "cool" features are awkward and cumbersome at best. I can't get it to sync with Dropbox or iCloud. That's very frustrating since I have over 600 songs. If it was supported properly I would Continue with it but unfortunately that's not the case. I'm happy with my purchase and for the money I'm okay with it but it's time to move on to a platform where all the functions work. Don't buy this app...spend a little more $ and get an app that works.
