False advertising

As usual I read the ad, I decide I would like to be able to change my ringtones with this FREE app. I download the app, I open up the instructions and boom....... I cannot use this app on my iPhone, instead I need to go thru my PC or surprise, surprise I can “easily” go to the App Store and UPGRADE for a fee. I actually would have bought this upgrade if it had been advertised in the beginning, instead the company decided to use this “hook” to get me interested. I will buy an app that will do this task but it will not be from this company. I’m tired of the false advertisements that have taken over the internet and I will no longer do business with companies that subscribe to this practice.

I honestly don't like how this app is now. Before I would create the the app then i would hit the save button which will then give me the option to name the the app. However, now I cannot do that. I tried many times to record a the app and when I hit the save button, it will show that it was saved successfully but where and how, that I don't know. So when I connect my iphone to the computer to finish the process the problem comes when i click on this app to find the the app which I don't find. I don't know what happened to this app. It was good before and I have had created a the app using it before. Now I can't do that. :(

All I wanted was to make ringtones from my music library. Instructions misled me - after creating the tone and dragging it to the desktop (that part works OK), couldn't "drag & drop" into iTunes 12.6.1 like it showed but had to select Tones on the left of the screen then use the File menu/Add File To Library, then browse to the desktop to find it, then import. Other than that, app does what it says. You would think it should'nt be that complicated.
disappointing

i got a pop up when trying to use a ᗪOᗯᑎᒪOᗩᗪEᗪ song informing me that i needed to use a ᗪOᗯᑎᒪOᗩᗪEᗪ Song. i’m confused by this since i did use a ᗪOᗯᑎᒪOᗩᗪEᗪ song... it’s obvious y’all don’t know the definition of false advertising so let me give it to you. False Advertising: Intended or tending to mislead while calling public attention to oneself, especially by emphasizing desirable qualities so as to arouse a desire when they are untrue. can someone please fix this ᗪOᗯᑎᒪOᗩᗪEᗪ song error?
