Double bogey by ES

So apparently, u can't even write a bad review without Es messing this up. It says someone else used the title and erases entire review. Regardless, I've had to download and erase app multiple times because it freezes after I register it. I haven't even been able to play it yet. If it doesn't work within the next day or two in just gonna return it. In this day and age, with all the options out there, there no reason to put up with a crap product and even crappier service.
Just a 32 bit app--why no 64 bit app????

Any day now this app will not work with the ES12 when IOS 11 is released and my iPad and iPhone are updated to IOS 11. You have had over 2 years to publish a 64 bit app and yet there is nothing in the App Store with 64 bits. When do the ES12 users get to see a 64 bit app in the App Store?

Before the last update, the equipment and app worked great. You could email your session data. Now, it says no session data to send and when you contact them...no help. And this equipment isn't cheap! Update: if you click on app support.....that even crashes. They take your money but don't put many updates out.
Serious Issue
