Install MeshRemote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MeshRemote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MeshRemote"
The search will reveal the MeshRemote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MeshRemote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MeshRemote.
Now enjoy MeshRemote on PC.

It's awesome (when it's working). It's a really convenient app to have, but it's glitchy as all hell. I barely ever works at all. Most times I'll spend 15 minutes trying to get my computer to detect my iPod, even after I've connected them throuhg wifi and bluetooth. Really needs an update, because without those things fixed, it's nearly impossible to use.

Really nice that it's free considering the fact that you have to buy the iPod/ipad component. Improvements can definitely be made though. When you're choosing a song or artist it would be nice if each individual item in the list was smaller so that more could be on screen at once. Right now there is only room for six at a time. A search bar similar to the one in an itunes library is almost needed imperatively for this app. It would also be nice to be able to jump to letters, similar to the letters in a column on the right of a list of music displayed on an iPod/iphone. The playlists, artists, songs, albums, etc. list should be in the form of icons at the bottom of the app so that I don't have to be constantly going "back" to them with the arrow at the top left. Overall, browsing the library on my ipod could be much faster and more streamlined. Everything works well though.
