Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Health CIS"
The search will reveal the Health CIS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Health CIS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Health CIS.
Now enjoy Health CIS on PC.
