What is Distance?
The Distance - Find My Distance app is a tool that allows users to measure distance and area easily. It also includes custom coefficients for more advanced calculations. The app is free to use with some limitations, but a subscription is required to unlock all features, remove ads, and receive priority support.
1. It is now possible to use this app as a more advanced distance / area calculator tool, and set your own custom units (limited to two units for free version).
2. Subscriptions may be managed by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase or by clicking the “Purchase / Manage Subscription.
3. Note: Distance and Area are calculate based on the Earth's curvature.
4. ◆ Press "Share" button to export the result (with screenshot) to Twitter, Camera roll, Email, etc.
5. Please type in coordinates value, MGRS, NACS, Web Mercator, and etc., or search by location (name of place, city, state, or country).
6. ◆ Switch between Move and Measure modes to pick the starting point of the measurement or start the measurement right away.
7. In order to measure the longer distance, just keep on dragging the map to further areas.
8. Simply touch the screen to draw a route on the map to calculate its distance.
9. Now with area measurement and custom coefficients.
10. ◆ Press “Search” button to search for a desired location.
11. Is free to use for all features with some limitation on custom coefficients feature.
