Purchased full app, only got the free version

I purchased the full, paid version of this app for $3.99. After opening the app, it gives me a message that says, "Free Version: Please upgrade to create more than 10 drawings." However, I cannot even advance past one the app. I contacted the developer twice and never heard a response. Waste of money. Do not purchase. Would like a refund or somehow have the problem rectified.
Cannot change color ☹

Hi! This app is really great and fun to use. I LOVE it, but there's just one problem. When ever I try to draw something, no colors are there for me to select. I can only use red, and there is still no line of colors. I can pick the brushes I use, but not the colors. I don't have full version. P.S good job fixing the marker bug!
How to work around only 1 drawing bug

If you paid for the full ap but when you click new the app it says you have free version and need to upgrade for another dollar, here's the workaround: - instead of new, select reload - you will now see a thumbnail of your the app, and a page with a + - click the plus to make a new the app I've made more than 10 with this method.
