Such an Improvement...
By Okaru45 (Pcmac user)
Little did I know that this Chinese the app turned to be a free the app app for various different languages. Not to mention, with the new format, it’s quite easy and enjoyable to view words and example sentences on the go. I would like to congratulate you for evolving to this higher status. Now, the next thing to do is to add more languages. I’m hoping that Hawaiian will be involved in this application soon, as I’ve currently took a break from Mandarin to learn this exotic and barely alive language for the Summer. There’s no negatives I have to say about this; not even the adds bug me here. Your company has done a very good job with this application, and I expect more from it. That being said, I did see you mentioned some sort of game in one of your updates, but I couldn’t seem to find it anywhere. Oh well, I’ll find it eventually. Again, congratulations - you have obviously put a lot of effort in this project. Good luck in the future!
~ Kind Regards, Okaru45.

Started glitching
By Jeshikha (Pcmac user)
I really do love this app, but recently it has started glitching. It freezes and then I restart it and it is still frozen and then it sort of reboots. My only other complaint is that sometimes when you search up a word it either will give you the formal version of it or the informal. Not both. I wish there could be an expansion to this level of description as it would make it easier to move forward with learning. So please add a feature to show both versions clearly and it would be so great. PS: I always have the latest version so I’m not sure what is causing the glitching.

Cheated
By SirAfrica (Pcmac user)
I purchased original dictionaries in multiple languages and paid for upgrades on each. Latest update replaces all individual dictionaries with one multilingual the app. Unfortunately, it didn’t recognize previous upgrades and now wants a lot of money for yearly upgrades or a lifetime upgrade of almost $50. Additionally, upgrade on iPad doesn’t carry over to iPhone. Contacted developer/support who said to simply hit restore. When I wrote that that didn’t work I never received a further response. While the the app itself is quite good, the lack of upgrade carryover between devices, particularly at what they charge, and the lack of support to a long-standing loyal customer account for the low rating. Buyer BEWARE.
