Install Look Up: Pronunciation Checker & Dictionary app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Look Up on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Look Up"
- The search will reveal the Look Up: Pronunciation Checker & Dictionary app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Look Up is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Look Up.
- Now enjoy Look Up on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Look Up Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Look Up,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Look Up" » then Click "Install".
- Look Up: Pronunciation Checker & Dictionary will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can’t change voices

When I went to change the US voice from Samantha to Aaron, I could not get back to the pronunciations screen. The keyboard hid the down arrow on the app and would not respond to the down key on the keyboard. I am now stuck at looking at voice choices instead of being able to use the app.

Worthless app

If I could give minus stars I would because it is impossible to change the language. After moving the selector to the language I want, there is no way to go back to the main screen, thus no way to change the language.
