Waste of time

App will not recognize camera after many attempts. My Nikon camera app works perfect. Canon is putting out WiFi junk shame on them, will avoid their products in the future.
Connection problem

Go to you tube for connecting your cannon camcorder. Good luck. It's still complicated take notes!
Doesn’t work

I have the canon HF R80 and after downloading the app it will not connect its 2019 come on people make a better reliable product
What's the point,,,,?

...of buying a camera marketed as having wifi capability if the app doesn't work with it!? Pixela's web site reads that this app does not support iOS 8, but the app itself says iOS 5 and later. And no customer service email or info. I can see my camera and files using the app, but I can't watch them it download/upload them. Canon you have failed us. I give this a negative 5 stars.
