Install PSHPS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using PSHPS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PSHPS"
- The search will reveal the PSHPS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once PSHPS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PSHPS.
- Now enjoy PSHPS on PC.

✔ Pros:
- Great idea and design
- Affordable price
- Only counts reps if done correctly (chest touching the floor)
- Reminders and graph for setting goals and tracking progress
☹ Cons:
- Bugs, specifically not counting the first push-up for the first 3-5 seconds
- Not optimized for iPhone XS screen
- Not compatible with iOS 8
- Annoying ads in a paid app
- Does not count upwards to push for an extra rep.

Great app - doesn't work with iOS 8, yet

This simple app will keep your push-ups honest: it only "misses" reps if you don't get close enough to the phone - if you don't touch your chest to the floor, it's NOT a push-up. I like the reminders and the graph, which are great for setting goals and seeing your progress.
I cannot open it with iOS 8, and the new adds are annoying in a paid app - so only 3 stars. If both issues are rectified: 5 stars.
ETA: it wasn't working because of iOS 8 - a reboot of the phone and reinstall of the app got it working well - I added a fourth star for this. If the adds are removed, I will add a fifth.

Great idea, design and price!
There is some bugs, but only one bug make problems: don’t count first push-up for starting at first 3-5 seconds.
