1. • fScanX Home Edition supports the following Fujitsu document scanners: fi-series models fi-4120C, fi-4220C, fi-4120C2, fi-4220C2, fi-5110, f1-5120C, fi-5220C, fi-6110; and ScanSnap models fi-5110EOX, fi-5110EOX2, fi-5110EOXM, S500, S500M, S510, S510M, S1500, S1500M & iX500 (USB only, max gray/color resolution of 300dpi).

2. This “Home Edition” of fScanX does not support any other scanner models–our web site has information on the regular edition which does support higher-end document scanners.

3. • All fScanX products are designed from the ground up for Macintosh users & Mac OS X, offering a streamlined document scanning application, with the full rated performance of the scanners.

4. This is a uniquely simple, flexible & Mac-like way to automate common scanning tasks using a “drag, drop, fill in the blanks” interface.

Install fScanX Home Edition app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using fScanX Home Edition on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "fScanX Home Edition"
The search will reveal the fScanX Home Edition app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once fScanX Home Edition is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including fScanX Home Edition.
Now enjoy fScanX Home Edition on PC.

too much manual deletion

the PC version of the ScanSnap (S1500) software has an option to ignore blank pages; this has no such option. I either have to manually flip double-sided pages or edit the document to delete every blank back-side scan. Please update! I scan a LOT of stuff. :/
Great for the Old PC only ScanSnaps

I have one of the first ScanSnaps, the fi-5110EOX2, which only had Mac software for their Japanese market. There was a way to change the Japanese text to English, but the drivers no longer worked with Lion or Mountain Lion. This software allows me to use my old scanner without having to resort to Parallels! Great job.

the app-Home Edition has been THE best scanning software for my Fujitsu fi-5110C "PC only” scanner. Its FAST and works perfectly… and unlike the other OS X scanning programs I tried the the app PDF document sizes are MUCH smaller. This is an AWESOME solution to keep my EXPENSIVE and fast Fujitsu duplex document scanner working in OSX. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
Cripple Ware

Bought this after researching on the web to find support for my fujitsu 6130. So I purchased the program only to find out that the version on the app store will allow me to scan with my 6130, but it puts a big watermark over it saying my scanner isn’t supported. Basically it’s $40 cripple-ware trying to get you to shell out for the more expensive version. :-(
