Install Tab Builder app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Tab Builder on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Tab Builder"
The search will reveal the Tab Builder app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Tab Builder is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Tab Builder.
Now enjoy Tab Builder on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Tab Builder,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Tab Builder" » then Click "Install".
- Tab Builder will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Good app focused on making guitar tab quickly

I've been trying all the apps, paid and free, that will allow me to create simple guitar the app quickly and easily. So far this is my favorite app because it's not cluttered with all the tools that I don't need that are present in the other apps. Don't get me wrong, this app is not perfect, I can think of a bunch of things I would change and add, but it's definitely headed in the right direction. One thing that is desperately needed, is the ability to save to iCloud so I can see my the app on all my iOS devices.

I’ve been using this app for a few years. It’s simple to use and works perfect for noting ideas for future reference or sharing with band mates. I make extensive use of the “add lyrics/ text” (the dot to the left of the the app) to add notes about song structure, chord changes, tempo etc. Added plus is that the developer responded immediately to a question I had after the last update.

This is a great app. Simple interface. I have used it for years. Does everything I want it to. Somehow I initially missed the fact that it allows you to enter text. Once I discovered that feature, it truly met all my needs. Developer support (to help me figure out the text editor) was quick and helpful, too.
No playback, NO HELP!!!

Seriously, I paid for both pro versions, and their is not one line of help, even when I clicked Application Support from the App Store, it’s just the developer’s totally empty tumblr!! I can’t figure out how to use the chord buttons at all on iPhone. I wanted to indicate chord above the app, had to space all the way from first to third measure?! I’m using the | on all strings to indicate measures, from the dev’s screenshots here, they’re not even interested in that, probably because there’s no playback. This app is really no better than a pen and an a scrap of paper, except this has rudimentary copy and paste.
