Install Photos for ID app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Once Photos is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photos.

This app is really great, last day i must register somewhere and i was late, i had 10 minutes to deadline, the registeration required 3*4 pic and i hadn't, so i found this app in app store and it saved me!
