iPad version

Lots of fun if you are not easily annoyed. Game has really, really nice graphics. But even with following online walkthroughs (which have a lot to be desired), figuring some parts out does not require intelligence; it requires sheer luck. To have to tap repeatedly on a particular place or item, makes no sense to me. I took away stars for this reason. Oh, and the crashing is awful. Any time I advance after something difficult --like shaking my poor iPad to death to get an item--, I immediately click to Save and Exit so I don't have to torture myself a second time. Lol!!! True. True.
Great game but needs fixes

Nice graphics and storyline. Hard enough to be challenging, although some things were a bit too difficult/convoluted to figure out without hints. The monochromatic colors sometimes made it hard to see an item that you were supposed to click on. I played this game on my iPad (v 7.1.x) and experienced no crashes; however, I got to the scroll puzzle and had no way to input the numbers -- the scrolls would not move. Thus, I was unable to finish the game.

This 3-part series is the best game I've played on the iPad for the fact that the concept is simple and the puzzles are genius and quite challenging for an adult if no hints are used. the app Escape 1, 2, and 3 kept me entertained for a few days, racking my brain yet not making me angry. No glitches and enjoyable art. I really look forward to more games of this exact kind from the maker.
Good escape, needs polish

A little debugging would go a long way; I'm constantly getting crashes at the end of the game. Still, I managed to get through both paths with some hints. A couple of the puzzles are what I'd consider totally unfair without some kind of hints, but most are pretty straightforward after putting on the ol' thinking cap. Worth a play for sure. Look forward to playing more of the story...
