Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using Egencia on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Egencia"
The search will reveal the Egencia app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Egencia is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Egencia.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed

- App needs a seamless transition between the app and website.

- App double-booked the user and caused confusion.

Too many mistakes

Used this app app for a couple years. Hoped they’d fix the errors. I receive conflicting notices from this app and the airlines. For example, my flight is delayed today. I’m at the gate and see the real-time changes. this app sends me a message saying my flight time changed and is back to the original time. If I wasn’t sitting at the gate and didn’t know there is still a 40 minute delay, the this app notice would have caused me to panic a bit and leave the restaurant, lounge, etc earlier than necessary. I awarded 3 stars since this app is a good place to keep all my travel arrangements (flight, hotel, rental car, etc) in one location. Otherwise, I haven’t found the hotel prices to be less than competitors or direct booking with hotels. Since I’m forced to use this app for work, I’m disappointed I have to miss out on staying at nicer hotels because they aren’t listed in the app. I go through special approval, which is a hassle, to stay at some Hilton hotels that give a less expensive rate when I book directly through the hotel than when I book with this app. Overall, I’d love to see this app and website improved. Here’s hoping!
Waste of time!

Use the website instead. I tried booking a flight on here and it said it was not available or overbooked, but then actually double-booked me. My controller had to figure out which one to decline. I could only see one reservation in the app but then looked online next day and there it was. Beside this this app is a horrible service. They give 120 rate options for hotel. Many at top of the list don’t have loyalty points so you have to be careful if you are a frequent traveler. Several times I booked the “included loyalty points” option but then never received my points or status credit. I called both hotel and this app and they blamed it on me, that I chose the wrong rate (out of the 120 options provided). I’m not a member of AARP, why does the app give me those options?? The app overall has had 0 value to me. On top of taking away loyalty points they charge exorbitant rates and commissions for every reservation. Travel agencies are outdated. Why would I pay someone to do something I can easily do myself? this app/Expedia = making traveling miserable again
Unnecessarily complicated

This could be a great app, but it requires too much thought and doesn’t have a simple path to book a flight within company policy. The newest update introduced new hurdles that were supposed to make things easier, but are actually necessary for biz. For example, no longer do you need to have your flights approved. Wait, what? Somehow though now ppl have to approve hotels more than a non-refundable flight. It’s ridiculous. I’m surprised a company like Expedia would think this is acceptable. If you’re a small business that enjoys spending your time with this app customer support so that they can charge you $24 for operator assistance, by all means embrace this app with open arms. If you’re normal and sane, explain to your execs that the $ saved isn’t worth the aggravation and nickel and dime fees to switch to this online option.
Not what it could be

Glitchy app. The “add to wallet” function no longer works, so now I have to print boarding passes. Also, the app sometimes provides alerts about flights I’m not booked on, which is very concerning. Does that mean the app double books passengers from time to time? Also, there needs to be a seamless transition between the app and website so that when we need to switch between them, we don’t need to enter login and password credentials. That should happen automatically. Also, there is no way to register TSA Precheck credentials..please make this possible so for those of us who have these credentials may register our TSA traveler number for flights booked with your app!
