What is SignShine?

The app is a collection of baby sign language videos of popular children's songs and rhymes. It is designed to entertain and educate babies and children while encouraging early communication and strengthening the bond between parent and child. The app is suitable for parents, grandparents, teachers, librarians, and anyone who wishes to improve communication with babies and children.

Install SignShine app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SignShine on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SignShine"
The search will reveal the SignShine app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SignShine is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SignShine.
Now enjoy SignShine on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SignShine,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SignShine" » then Click "Install".
- SignShine will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Update Misunderstanding, Resolution In Review, Please Read

To everyone who is upset and disappointed with the update and possibly being charged again for the same content already purchased, I also felt the same way. However, I contacted this app today and they advised if you click on "buy" as if to repurchase, the app will recognize the apple ID and not charge you again. Obviously, this update was not implemented in the best fashion, but they are NOT double charging. I just downloaded all of my previous content (at no additional charge) in the Children's Activity section and everything is good. However, you have to download each song individually within the app (also an opportunity for improvement). this app apologized for the inconvenience and was sincerely concerned about the negative feedback and reviews and is working to correct the perception during the update/download process. I hope this review will ease some concerns. Hopefully the next update will go more smoothly. I welcome the next update in the future. Thank you for the quick resolution this app!
Good but could be better

This app is nice once you pay for the song pack. My daughter loved the songs and would sit there and sign the itsy bitsy spider along with the video. Row, row your bought is not as finished as the rest of the songs, the women just sings it with bad audio and no music. I wish that once you downloaded the songs they were on the device, instead you have to download them everytime. This takes a long time and is hard for my daughter to wait, and it won't work without internet or phone service. Please add a download option.

I got this app to help me teach an asl class to a group of 1st-3rd graders. I purchased a set of songs, downloaded then, and took my ipad to class a few days later. My daughter and I has been watching the videos and loved them so I was excited to see how the class felt. I hooked the ipad up to the tv and proceeded to play a song. When I hit "play" a screen popped up and said I needed an internet connection. I was bummed because I had downloaded all the songs a few days prior. When I got home I had to download them again. For whatever reason i have to download them all over again every single time I go to class. So I have to get up earlier just to download them all. Am I mistaken or shouldn't it stay there once it's downloaded? It's a huge inconvenience that I have to do it all over again every single week.

This app is an absolute must have. A truly amazing and fun way to both educate and bond with your child. I highly recommend this app to any parent or educator or just anyone who is interested in teaching a child how to communicate through sign language. My son and I love this app he is 5 years old and absolutely loves learning how to sign to his favorite children’s songs. His favorite is Itsy Bitsy Spider and me, well I love them all. This app is truly amazing and any child will love it. I know my son loves it. =) I feel that as a parent the repetition of the songs really helps my child to remember the signing that accompanies the music!! I read a lot of negative reviews and do not agree
