  • Still the Best

I have been using this app since it first came out. I sent an email to the Producer of the app shortly after iOS 12 came out re the crashing after any text input. It was updated tonight & has fixed the issue. I teach iPhoneograpy (photo) on cruise ships and always demo this app as a must have travel app. There is no app available that is so quick and easy to do what this app does. Many complain that it's outdated due to lack of features. But that would just make it more complicated for many users. Now if you have that extra need then you have the skill to use some other apps to do the heavy lifting (eg. You want a collage just grab one of the full blown collage apps then move your results to this app). Cut copy paste can take care of any other special need you have. I purchased all the extra borders & stamps even though I only use a very few, because I wanted to support the producer of this app. I have used this app while traveling all over the world, and have introduced over as 1000 individual's to this app. It will walk you you thru every thing needed to make your first card. Tip: when you get to selecting a stamp, look in the upper left and select the use your own photo to make your own personal stamp.
  • Great app!

So easy to do a postcard. Live the stamps and that you can make your own. But what happened to the Facebook and Twitter sharing? I’d rather use those - and Instagram than email and text.
  • Crashes in iOS 12 —- Nice graphics, poor UI

    By Jackifus (Pcmac user)

Updated Review: app crashes in iOS 12 ~ crashes when creating a message… so the this app cannot be finished… ——— The idea behind the app is pretty good and the graphics are inviting. That's why I bought it. But, the user interface is a bit rough and unintuitive ... for instance: When first creating your card, you select a layout and paper, each by touching a picture representation ... Great. Then one must hit the "next" button... Why? I've already selected, there's no need to confirm the selection if I can change it easily by returning to this screen... Ah. You can't change it easily. You can't move back on the next screen. This breaks an interface convention whereby the further one goes down a navigation stack, one can move back by hitting a button on the upper left. Not so here. You can only cancel the whole card. That makes it difficult to quickly compare paper types... And makes the interface difficult to learn. After writing the card, one can select a stamp. Good enough... But how do you change the text if desired from here? Answer: you hit the menu button that in the last screen only offered to discard your creation, now it offers to to you back or discard. This is far from standard behavior. Change the menu button to a back button and the interface wouldn't be confusing... And it would take fewer touches to make changes granting the feeling if a more dynamic experience.
  • Thanks for keeping minimal updates

Since you started out as a beautiful DIY postcard app instead of the boring flash & stickers mailed kind I had hoped for more. At least I am grateful you are almost the only one left amongst a sea of boring teen apps. This is sophisticated. I, too, bought the add ones, I live with 2 software designers.i know how tough it is. Please, redo the whole thing or put a lot of new add ones and I’ll be happy to buy again (just no subscriptions, that’s becoming a gouge thing). Here’s hoping. And here’s hoping for artistamps as a separate app!
