1. MusicConnect for mac lets you play and browse the music on your iDevice whilst sitting at your computer.

2. MusicConnect is a great way to get the most out of your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad's music library.

3. Please note- the music on the lite version will play for 15 seconds before changing to the next song.

4. You could be sitting outside, upstairs, in the basement or on the roof and you can have complete control over what is playing, without having to move a centimetre.

5. 4- Your iDevice should appear on the list on your mac (if it does not, your network firewalls need adjusting).

6. 5- Once the information has cached you can get listening.

Install MusicConnect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MusicConnect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MusicConnect"
The search will reveal the MusicConnect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MusicConnect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MusicConnect.
Now enjoy MusicConnect on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native MusicConnect Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MusicConnect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MusicConnect" » then Click "Install".
- MusicConnect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Pretty Good Start

I had been looking for some sort of App or service that allowed me to control my mobile devices' audio playback from my computer, as my house is wired with speakers with one central stereo system. This app is a pretty good start, although it is a little buggy, it allows me to control the music being played from my old iphone on my Macbook Pro with general ease. I would like to see some volume control integrated, and maybe support for the new Home Sharing mobile feature instead of being limited to the music physically on the device. Overall though, it is definitely worth the $3.99

I got all excited, its the app I've been searching for. I did everything as instrucetd. It worked. However, it would play 15 seconds of a song and move to the next, then 15 seconds of that song and move to next, and contiue doing that when I didn't click anything. :/
sorta works

this is exactly what i have been looking for, but it never works, when i go to connect it to my computer it will connect 1 in every 30 times i try, and once i do get it connected it doesnt stay connected for very long… then you have to go through the whole process again. not worth it… once you get those bugs fixed ill be happy...

Works the way it says. No Problems. Works great. I downloaded the light version for my phone and theres no difference between the two. Get the light version.
