Install QR-Generator app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using QR-Generator on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "QR-Generator"
The search will reveal the QR-Generator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once QR-Generator is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including QR-Generator.
Now enjoy QR-Generator on PC.

In order for this application to work, it has to make an outbound connection to a domain name in Germany. I told my firewall to block the outbound connection, and the application will not work. Nothing leaves my computer unless I know what it is, and since I am a programmer, I know it is not necessary to make an outbound connection to generate this image. I am a bit surprised that Apple didn't cath this in the App Store Q/A process. Beware unless the programmer publicly explains why this connection is necessary.

I bought this and it just doesn't work for any of my phones. My Blackberry doesn't even recognize it. :(
Generates QRs, but can

Great price and the basic functionality works great, but there is one major limitation: there does not seem to be support for pasting in text from the clipboard. This is a hassle when trying to create a QR for a URL. If that were fixed, I would give this 5 stars, especially for the price!
