Install TouchChat Discover app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using TouchChat Discover on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TouchChat Discover"
The search will reveal the TouchChat Discover app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TouchChat Discover is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TouchChat Discover.
Now enjoy TouchChat Discover on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use TouchChat Discover,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "TouchChat Discover" » then Click "Install".
- TouchChat Discover will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Wonderful tool!

I disagree with most of theses reviews. I have the full version for my son, and this lite version is such a handy tool to have in my back pocket! It doesn’t have speech output, no but it is still a very useful tool. I am able to customize the same way the full version is, just no speech output. That isn’t a problem for us because my son can still select the icons to communicate his needs. My sons iPad has broken several times, and having this as a back up communication tool is invaluable for my non-verbal son. I would give it ten stars if I could.
Waste of money

This app is completely nonfunctional. The speech therapist nor I saw the notation that there is no speech synthesis with the lite versions. We thought the vocabulary would be limited but that we could introduce my son to this version while waiting on the funding to process for the full version. Exactly what is the point of the lite versions? You can see the program in action online, so it befuddles me why the developer offers these versions.

I use it for practicing Spanish. Sure it doesn’t have sound features, but if you want to pay over $100, go for it! For (whatever I paid for it), it is an excellent resource for visual language-learning!

These are just example buttons that do not produce speech sounds. It’s what I’d expect to see for free, not pay $10 for. Waste of money. 😣
