This developer did not enclosed to customers that they added the ads to their update. And even you purchased, the ads still stayed.
Once you clicked in-app purchase as one lifetime update to get their update pack, the ads will stays and on the next (ever) update, they will ask you to purchase (again) another one lifetime update to get the update pack, which only add few new (to their app) the app.
Again... Do not get this app.
Whoever updated this app and purhased in-app again, you can request for refund from iTunes support.
