  • Lousy

    By Davchuck (Pcmac user)

Use to be this app came in handy from time to time. Enough so that I kept on my phone. The ability to select a file or photo on my phone and tell the app to print it at a local place of business was the feature that I liked. That feature no longer works, and hasn’t since the last update. Shame on the developers.
  • Doesn’t work

    By Dawn75b (Pcmac user)

The instructions is that you should be able to open the app, and pic the location from your phone that you want to print then the location where you want to go print it. But that is not what is happening. You HAVE to enter server info. Useless if it doesn’t do what it says
  • Download print driver?

    By printless!! (Pcmac user)

I have had this service for years, I have a new I phone and have to download the same print driver, but after one hour of frustration, I am ready to get rid of my the app printer and buy something different. This is impossible without going through Some other website!
  • Still Trying...

    By RBNetEngr (Pcmac user)

We are setting up an entries printing solution for the iPads to be able to print to a local printer in our organization. This app seems rather flaky for this purpose. My first attempt was to try printing an email message, at which point the app presents several of the major email providers (gmail, hotmail, aol) as well as an imap or pop3 option. Well, we use Exchange with Wes, so this option could not work. I was only able to pick a picture from my camera roll and print it. We would like to use the iPad to sign up new accounts and print the paperwork, but this app doesn't look like it will do the job. I did recently purchase an eprint enabled the app printer, and I can print anything to it by merely sending the item to the eprint email address created for my printer. Now THAT is a cool capability, and this the app app is not needed to accomplish it. I think that the big selling point of this app is that it's supposed to allow you to eprint to any public eprinter. But it's really a revenue generator for the eprint printers (FedEx, UPS, etc) who charge a fortune to use the service.
