Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the Prism Plus app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Don't waste your time

This app failed me. It can't even properly convert a 1080p vid from .wmv to MP4. Looks chopping and the sound is intermittent.
