I used this when I was exhausted and still had a three hour class to attend, I set it to " wake" ending and felt refreshed and ready for my class. Just as if I had slept for hours. Oh, and it works, no cravings for junk food! Love this app. His voice is super relaxing and I love the way he helps you envision a new skinnier you! This app is worth the change.

This is the weirdest app. The hypnotherapist speaks rather fast, and asks you to do pretty restrictive things that are impractical (eating only three times a day - even Weight Watchers doesn't do that). The strangest thing, though, is asking you to envision an overweight, "grubby" person you're repulsed by, to help you swear off overeating. That is really judgmental, cruel, and odd. No thanks - there are better apps out there. I deleted this right away.
