Install Photo Academy app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Photo Academy on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Photo Academy"
- The search will reveal the Photo Academy app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Photo Academy is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Academy.
- Now enjoy Photo Academy on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Photo Academy Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Photo Academy,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Photo Academy" » then Click "Install".
- Photo Academy will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great tool and reference for beginners. Concise and extremely useful for how to expose a scene, from shutter speed, lens and equipment... Good tip section for each area of photography. Highly recommend!

Not for iPhone

Unless I am missing something, this app was advertised for iPhone, but there is nothing in here for iPhones. It is all for DSLR. Looks like a fairly decent app, just not what it was advertised. I wasted $9.99 :(

Great app! Offers great tips and tools for any level of photography. It's a huge help with using my nikon camera. Thanks! For those of you that wrote a negative review, the app clearly states what it is and the information it included. If you "already knew everything" it was pointless for you to buy in the first place. Don't ruin the rating for others that are actually interested and would like additional photography help.

Handy tool

This app is a great tool to have in your back pocket as you explore different kinds of subjects and situations, especially if you are new or infrequently shoot those subjects. Great fort tips, ideas and basic info. It is a quick reference, not a foolproof recipe. It is up to you to start there and the experiment to truly develop your skills.
