Install Chess Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Chess Viewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Chess Viewer"
- The search will reveal the Chess Viewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Chess Viewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Chess Viewer.
- Now enjoy Chess Viewer on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Chess Viewer,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Chess Viewer" » then Click "Install".
- Chess Viewer will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Disappointing

This could be so much more. Instead it saddles the user with a huge board and a little tiny window to read the text in (7 lines of text at a time, if in portrait mode, and a skinny column that allows about 7 words on a line in landscape mode).
It’s a shame, really. Everyman puts out some interesting and useful books; they deserve a better reader entry than this.

As I indicated in my title, this pgn viewer for the price (free ) is the best out there. Sure it can use a little bit of improvements and hopefully the developer has time for that. It does just about everything I expect it to.
