Data doesn’t always save

Great app that needs some work.
Bottle feeding data says it’s saved but then isn’t sometimes which is frustrating when you rely on that data to figure out if your baby is sleeping longer at night or when they last fed since you will forget sometimes because your so tired.
The diaper change info also sporadically does not allow you to modify the texture and color if you are entering manually and need to change what you first entered.
The journal function tracks time but doesn’t allow you to adjust it if you forgot to stop at the right time.

Lack of coupons

I want to start off by telling you how much I love the product. My big complaint is with the rewards program and being able to get samples and coupons. I am a mom who just had twins and honestly I go through formula twice as much as parents with one child and I have only received one set of coupons and at this point I have used my 3 coupons and in the meantime I have purchased 6 more containers of formula. Parents with multiple children should get more coupons or more frequently. My children are 5 weeks old and I got only one set of coupons in the mail. Also parents should be able to scan their receipt to help gain rewards for purchasing formula in between when they receive formula. I used this formula for my oldest son and couldn’t figure out the coupon rewards program. It seems to be an inferior program to enfomil. They send twice the amount of samples and coupons and even doctors offices seem to have coupons for formula. My wish is that someone can help rectify the challenges with this rewards program. I don’t want to switch formula but I will if I am going to get better assistance from enfomil.

Has potential but needs definite adjustments

There is always a ‘1’ red notification bubble even when I don’t have any timers going and there isn’t anything to check. It’s annoying. Also wish you could customize the dashboard. And I agree with other another poster about being able to sync data or save data. I tried to delete the app and reinstall to fix the notification bubble issue and lost all my data, that was really frustrating. Should be linked to your strong moms account or something. Not sure if I’ll be using the app for much longer.

Perfect for me

This app is so wonderful that I have used it with all of my children. When you have something that works there’s no need to go anywhere else and this app works!
Would be nice to have some options for hand expression, just to be able to differentiate. Coolest thing is being able to export the information to dad to keep him in the loop of what’s going on :)
