What is ?
Mobile Kaigi is a conference system developed by NRI Netcom, Ltd. that allows for paperless conferences using iPads. The system requires a server to function and only participants approved by the conference organizer can log in to the virtual meeting room. The conference material is synchronized with the chairperson's screen, who controls the material. The system allows for remote access to the conference material and reduces installation and removal costs. Participants can switch to "Free browsing mode" and access to the conference material can be limited by participant.
