Install Workhuman app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Workhuman on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Workhuman"
The search will reveal the Workhuman app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Workhuman is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Workhuman.
Now enjoy Workhuman on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Workhuman,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Workhuman" » then Click "Install".
- Workhuman will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Positivity at my fingertips

Whether I’m recognizing a colleague or reading a recognition I have been given, I have positivity at my fingertips. I LOVE how easy it is to use, especially how easy it is to redeem- literally in the checkout line or at the restaurant to cover the bill. The app enables me to stay connected to my colleagues through giving or receiving recognition, congratulating others on their recognitions, giving or receiving feedback, checking in with my manager or managing my priorities/goals. Woot!! I appreciate the innovations and changes I’ve seen over the years of using the app- since 2012.

The app is very easy and intuitive to use. The best part is the ability to redeem IN STORE for gift cards. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve been in a store and redeemed for a gift card rather than utilizing my debit card. The ability to give and receive recognition is great. I receive a notification when I’ve received a recognition moment! It instantly pulls me into the moment on my feed.
Can’t Log In From The App

One of my biggest annoyances is that when you login it opens Safari to sign in. Why in the world can it. It just happen within the app?! The other issues are that you can’t easily see your points total. You’ll only find out what you don’t have if you try to add a gift card and don’t have the points it will tell you how many you are short. I like getting notifications when I receive an award and that you can nominate others. They need to make this more functional.
Complete the Phone App

Great phone app, but... Add the ability to add your profile picture on the phone app. Add a function to search past awards by recipient, on the phone app. Add a total dollar amount and points amount for ones collective (open) awards, on the phone app. Add a report to find ones past (and spent) awards, on the phone app. Add the option to switch the view of ones work group and the entire company, on the phone app, rather than having to go to phone settings. Add the ability to embed emojis in text, on the phone app. Add the workgroup or department of the award recipients, within their name/award, on the phone app. Add an option to review the app, on the phone app. ALSO! Globoforce name was much better, and ironically more “human” than the name this app. this app sounds very A.I. and impersonal. I liked referring to the awards as “Globos” Thanks
