Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GPS Locator"
The search will reveal the GPS Locator for Trekking, Hiking, Running and Sailing... app icon. Open, then click "Install".

The worst app I have ever used. Doesn't work. Can't read the units in settings. A video ad takes control of the program.
